Tackle Membership Renewals

Done Right, In No Time

Don’t let Membership Renewals eat your time every season. Replace hours of paperwork, chasing, and energy draining tasks with our time-saving club operations software.

With Range Hub, members renew and pay online, and payments are recorded automatically. That means no paper forms to collect, no checks to log, and no spreadsheet to keep up to date.

Online Renewals and Payments. Members renew from any device, and their payment goes straight to the club.
Full Membership Roster. See who's active, who's expired, and when each membership is due, all on one screen that automatically updates as payments come in.
Set Membership Types and Dues. Set up your own levels, such as individual, family, or junior, at your own prices and renewal dates.
Automatic Renewal Reminders. Members automatically get a reminder before their membership expires, meaning less work for your staff to track down and remind members themselves.

Staff And Volunteer Coordination

See Every Shift. Fill Every Gap.

Range Hub’s coordination module is built for how sporting clays clubs actually run. See staff and volunteer shifts in one place, spot open gaps, and fill them with custom tools built for clubs.

Shift Calendar. See every event and shift by day, color-coded by discipline, with a count of filled and open spots on each one.
Duty Details. Post each role with a description, requirements, and shift times, so volunteers know exactly what they're signing up for.
Easy Sign-Up. Volunteers see what's still needed and sign up for open shifts themselves.
Shift Trades. If plans change, volunteers can request a trade instead of leaving a gap.
My Schedule. Every volunteer gets a personal view of their own upcoming shifts through their member portal.
